Our day at Versailles. We rented a golf cart, which I have to say was a life saver. We would never have been able to see as much as we did had we tried to walk it. Versailles is HUGE! Did you know that one of the kings bought a Town, so he could expand his gardens and build another mansion???? That might give you an idea of how big it is

At this point you can’t appreciate it anymore.
Then came another 10 rooms of the same gilded crap, floor to ceiling!
Awww, the gift shop is closed! Damn!
Cause I really wanted to buy some gilded crap!
Can we please get out of here now?

Thank god it’s over. that last part was really overwhelming.
After all that I thought the train was so industrially beautiful!
