Nicky & Jeff in Paris!

Paris Page Eight!

I think I warned you that I wouldn’t hold back on pictures!  When we got back from Versailles we discovered that the local Galleries were all having a late night opening special thingy.  They all served champagne and showed off new artists works.  We washed the dust off and headed out for some more culture and free booze.  In all honesty it was the booze that beckoned us.

Can’t really tell, but these are flying naked buddhas.

Oh, heeheee, yeah, Cause I was wondering!
Our Hotel from across the street at a Gallery.

I wish Jeff took more pictures of the flying naked buddhas!
That’s all there was, in this entire gallery.  Strange!
Very strange indeed.

They also make decadent cakes.  This is only like $200!
On to the tourist attractions!
going down under the street to the Arc De Triomphe
the underground tunnel
Obsessed by doors much?
Over 200 steps up.
This picture isn’t fuzzy, I just feel woozy after all those steps!
Now there’s more steps.  I stopped counting.
Oh what’s this?  a museum of sorts, and we’re still not at the top.
How do we get outside???
Right, more stairs, I should have known.
This is a health warning, telling you not to use the bathrooms at the Arc.
Made it to the top!
Thank god for the fresh, erm... hot muggy sticky air!
we are actually planning on walking to the tower after this.
